I couldn't find any guides, so I thought I'd check if anyone here has advice on this: I'm attempting to add some extra provinces to Oblivion so that I can wander outside the borders of Crodiil and actually find cities, dungeons and the like. The mod is a landscape modification, by which I mean to say that not all interiors are finished.
